Windows: The windows are vinyl units that feature Low-E coated, argon gas filled, insulated glass. Sections of the glass also feature Low-E Neat glass that has a permanent rain repellent baked onto the glass for a clean and clear appearance!
Ceiling: The ceiling of your sunroom will be built with 3 layers: OSB plywood, 10 inches of foam insulation, and OSB plywood. The Pennsylvania state requirement for the R-value of the ceilings are 38, our sunrooms have an R-value of 43.
Flooring: The flooring is built similar to the ceiling. It features 3 layers: OSB plywood, 6 inches of foam insulation, and OSB plywood. The Pennsylvania state requirement of an R-value for the flooring is 30, our sunroom flooring has an R-value of 34.
