Wayne Chapin

Wayne Chapin

Co-Owner & Founder

Wayne Chapin began his career at the Horst Group where he worked for 18 years. He started right out of high school and worked his way up from a carpenter apprentice to retail sales. Wayne developed as a businessman and entrepreneur, which led him to co-found Choice Windows, Doors & More with Jeff Zeiset in 1995. The company has grown to nearly 8,000 customers and 50 employees; two of Wayne’s sons are involved in the business.

Wayne and his wife of 30 years enjoy being active in the New Holland community and their church. He also volunteers with a local youth ministry program and enjoys hunting and golfing.

Jeff Zeiset

Jeff started working in the home improvement industry as a framer in 1985. Ten years later he co-founded Choice Windows, Doors & More with Wayne Chapin.

Jeff and his wife have been married for 25 years and attend Christian Fellowship Church. He enjoys the beach, water sports and an occasional round of golf. He loves spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Rosa has been working at Choice since 2005. She is the Office Manager and an Administrative Assistant.

Rosa grew up in Lancaster County and now lives with her family in New Holland. She and her husband have two married daughters.

In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book, traveling, going to the Outer Banks, and spending time with family.

Art Bankert has more than 40 years of experience in home improvement sales. He moved to the New Holland area in 1978 and became a member of the Choice family in 1998. When Art isn’t working, he’s usually riding his motorcycle or spending time with family.

Kyle Chapin has worked at Choice for 10 years, but he also grew up around the business. Kyle graduated from Garden Spot High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Sports Administration with a minor in Business.

In his free time, he enjoys golf, softball, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Alyssa began working at Choice in October 2015 as a Kitchen & Bath Designer. Prior to working at Choice, Alyssa worked at another kitchen design firm where she was able to learn in the field under another designer and quickly work her way up to become a designer herself. Alyssa spent her early childhood years in Europe; but she grew up mostly in Bucks County, where her family still lives. When she isn’t working, Alyssa enjoys being outside, horseback riding, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Christie began working at Choice in January of 2002. Her first title was showroom coordinator, but her position has now grown to be an administrative assistant and the Direct Sales salesperson, in the window and door division. She enjoys helping the salesmen price out jobs, generate proposals, and order product.

Christie lives in East Petersburg, a small town that she loves, and is close the Manheim Township area she grew up in. Her time is mostly spent with her husband and young daughter, but also enjoys quiet times with a good book, a glass of wine, and her beagle, Riley.

Kaitlin has been with Choice since 2013 working as an Administrative Assistant and coordinating marketing. Kaitlin and her husband live in Terre Hill and are actively involved with their church. She enjoys being creative and doing DIY projects, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Connie began working with Choice in 2011 as a receptionist and works alongside of her husband Art doing administrative assistant work. She has two daughters and 2 stepsons who are all married. Art and Connie have been married for 18 years and have six grandsons and two granddaughters that they love spending time with. Connie was born and raised in Lancaster County and in her free time she enjoys watching movies, going on motorcycle rides, and traveling.

Courtney Bird

Courtney Bird has been immersed in the field of interior design since she began working in 2004. Growing up in Bloomsburg, Courtney discovered both passion for design and a keen, unique eye for matching personalities and decor. She continued to develop these skills and talents by obtaining her degree in Interior Design from Bowling Green State University. She then went on to become an NKBA Certified Kitchen Designer in 2006. When she isn’t helping her clients realize their design dreams, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, trying new recipe ideas from Pinterest, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.

Lonnie Chapin joined the Choice family in 2001 as a window and door installer. Later, he moved into his current position of Service Manager. Lonnie is from Lancaster County and a graduate of Garden Spot High School. He also holds a degree in culinary from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. Lonnie is married with three sons, is involved with Boy Scouts of America and Petra Christian Church, and in his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing.
